The Color Network is pleased to announce the availability of two (2) grants at $2500* for artists of color working in ceramics. TCN requests grant proposals for projects including, but not limited to: material/equipment purchases, shipping costs, travel for ceramic-engaged events, or expenses for curatorial initiatives. Budget (breakdown of how the funds would be used)

Deadline to apply is midnight (EST), December 10th, 2022.
Incomplete or late applications will not be reviewed. Selection of awardees will be announced on or before December 31st; funds will be released (via check) in January 2023. Specific questions can be directed to the email provided above.
FUNDING AMOUNT: The Color Network will award 2 grants in the amount of $2500.
APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY: ceramic artists of color at all stages of career (emerging, mid-career, established). Currently enrolled students are NOT eligible for this grant. Recipients must submit a W9 to receive funds.
PROJECT ELIGIBILITY: Eligible expenses include but are not limited to, Audio-visual equipment, Technological equipment, Costs associated with continuing education, Artist stipend (include supporting documentation that demonstrates this need; for example, invitation letter from a residency).
Ineligible expenses include: Tuition fees.
FINAL REPORT: Awardees will be required to submit a final report.
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA: Applications will be evaluated by a selection committee. The jurors will consider the clarity of the project proposal and budget as well as the potential impact of this grant.
